1. What does the aftercare program provide?

Our Before and After School Care program provides all children with an atmosphere in which they can grow emotionally, socially, physically, and intellectually. MPLM’s private fleet of busses provides transportation to and from local elementary schools, which enables teachers and students to quickly establish a schedule and routine

2. What kind of care can I expect?

At Maple Lawn, children learn, communicate, and enjoy through a well-researched curriculum which includes field trips, reading, cooking, music, foreign language, and art apart from completing their school homework. Semi-monthly themes are designed for the students so they can be explored. Some of the topics include current events and the environment, science and experiments, cultures of the world, fitness and much more!

3. What are the activities included in the program?

Children are provided help with their school homework. They are also motivated to pursue their own interests and develop self-confidence as they learn to comprehend new areas that might not be available in a standard public-school curriculum. Additionally, throughout the year many extracurricular activities are made available to our children which have included Dance, Soccer, Robotics, Chess, Yoga, and many others.

4. Which Schools do you pick up children from?

Maple Lawn offers to drop and pick up children from Elementary schools. Maple Lawn drops children enrolled in Before Care from their elementary school. Maple Lawn picks up children enrolled in After Care program from their Elementary school and brings them to MLP.

5. Do you have any payment plans and additional discounts?

We offer monthly or yearly payment plans. The fees listed are for a monthly payment plan, if you commit to the full year and pay upfront, you will get an additional 10% discount.

6. Are there any sibling discounts?

Yes! 5%

7. Will you be open on school holidays and snow days?

We are open all year round. We will be open on most school holidays and teacher workdays except on Federal Holidays.
We have somewhat liberal take on Prince William County closings.
Maple Lawn will be closed the first day that PWCS declares as snow day. If the road conditions are safe around our area, we will decide to stay open. If the roads conditions are bad, then we will be closed.
Either way, you will know early enough so you can plan.

Matt R Manassas Park

Maple Lawn at Manassas Park has been fantastic for our family so far. A friendly and well trained staff led by Breanna, Miss Jeaneth , and Miss Sylvia have been amazing with our twins and incredibly understanding and accommodating with my wife and I during these tough times. We feel very safe with our twins at Maple Lawn as they have many health policies in place. We love Maple Lawn and would recommend to anyone!
